The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to complete the proceedings in Na.Ka.G5/14320/2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has produced a communication issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.G.No.5/14320/2019, dated 06.09.2022 and submitted that an enquiry was conducted by the District Collector, Tiruchirappalli on 08.09.2022 regarding the subject matter and based on the documents, appropriate orders will be passed within a period of four weeks. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
