ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court and letter inD.No.220 dated 23.04.2025 received from the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sattur forwarded in letter in D.No.3848 dated 29.04.2025 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, seeking further three months time to complete the enquiry, and this Court made the following order: "The learned District Munsif -cum- Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in O.S.No.16 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.09.2024.
