When the matter is called today, the detenue appeared before this Court and submit that he married Anusha, the petitioner herein.

2. On enquiry, he submitted that in order to secure a job, he decided to go to Bombay. Since there is a family dispute, without informing her, he has gone to Bombay and further he would submit that it is his mistake in not informing her. He would also stated that he will take her along with him once he finds a permanent place and tries to resolve the family dispute.

3. In view of the submission made by the detenue, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
