Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent vide proceedings Ref.Na.Ka.C3/6275/2012, dated 19.05.2014 quash the same. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners challenge the proceedings dated 19.05.2014 issued by the first respondent. During the pendency of this writ petition, O.S.No.508 of 2011 on the file of District Munsif Court, Karur filed by the petitioners herein ended in their favour. Aggrieved by the same, the private respondents are said to have filed appeal suit. 3.Since the petitioners have succeeded in the suit, the order impugned in this writ petition is set aside and this writ petition is 2/4

allowed. It is however made clear that the rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the appeal suit filed by the private respondents herein. No costs.
