Respondents PRAYER:Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in connection with the list of eligible teachers for promotion as B.T.Assistant (History) temporary panel as on 01.01.2014 in the proceedings No.Nil dated Nil and quash the same insofar as the non inclusion of the name of the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as B.T.Assistant (History) by including the name of the petitioner at the appropriate place in the panel for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant (History) as on 01.01.2014 and grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.

This Writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the third respondent in connection with the list of eligible teachers for promotion as B.T.Assistant (History) temporary panel as on 01.01.2014 in the proceedings No.Nil dated Nil and quash the same insofar as the non inclusion of the name of the petitioner is concerned and further direct the respondents to promote the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

W.P(MD).No.10408 of 2014 petitioner as B.T.Assistant (History) by including the name of the petitioner at the appropriate place in the panel for promotion to the post of B.T.Assistant (History) as on 01.01.2014 and grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that during pendency of this Writ petition, the petitioner was promoted as B.T.Assistant (History) and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ petition for further adjudication. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the submission and endorsement, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
