Second Appeal is filed under section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree dated 27.11.2001 made in A.S.No.12 of 1996 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 28.06.1995 made in O.S.No.275 of 1992 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram.
