ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 15.02.2021 made in W.P(MD)No.2528 of 2021. As per the order of this Court, the first respondent was directed to consider the representation given by the writ petitioner.

2. According to the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, the first respondent in the contempt petition has passed an order on 20.12.2021 directing the Commissioner, Madurai Corporation to pass orders. Consequently, the Commissioner, Madurai Corporation has passed an orders on 20.09.2023. Aggrieved over the same, the writ petitioner has already filed W.P(MD)No.27828 of 2023, which is pending. 2/4
