ORDER

Subsequent to the earlier hearings, today, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, fairly submits that, as rightly contended by the learned Special Government Pleader, survey was indeed conducted in the presence of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the survey report has not been furnished to the petitioner till date and the petitioner would be satisfied if the survey report is furnished to the petitioner. 2.Recording the said submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner directing the second respondent to furnish a certified copy of the survey report to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order, this Writ Petition is disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the survey report, if he is aggrieved by the same. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the second respondent and on a request being made by the petitioner, the second respondent shall furnish a copy of the survey report, within a period of two weeks thereafter. No costs.
