Mr.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction against the respondents, particularly, the fourth respondent to survey and fix the four boundaries of his house at town survey No.7/1C, correlative Old R.S No.479 A/2A1, situated at ward No.1, Illuppaiyoorani Village, Kovilpatti panchayat union, Kovilpatti Sub Registration,

Palayamkottai Registration District.

3.The petitioner has given a representation on 30.07.2021 and had also paid necessary fees for the same. It is stated that since the respondent did not take any action, the petitioner had to file the present Writ Petition.

4.Without going into the matter on merits, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to issue notice to the petitioner, examine the documents produced by the petitioner and further comply with the representation.

5.If the representation is capable of being complied with by the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the entire process within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
