ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and not to insist him to execute a bond under Section 129 of BNSS.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they have already sent a letter to the RDO for initiating action against the petitioner under Section 129 of BNSS and now they have decided not to take action against the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
