ORDER

This writ petition is filed as against the notice of the second respondent dated 03.07.2013 calling upon the petitioner to remit the balance due to the respondent Board.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an allottee of the Housing Board and she has paid the entire amount. However, the respondents have demanded further amount from the petitioner for executing a sale deed and therefore, she has filed this writ petition.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents produced a letter of the Manager (Marketing & Services), Tamilnadu Housing Board, Tirunelveli, dated 01.12.2022, requesting the Sub Registrar Joint No.I, Thoothukudi, for registering a sale deed in favour of the petitioner as the entire due has been paid by her. He has also produced a copy of the sale deed dated 01.12.2022.

4. In view of the subsequent development that the sale deed has already been executed by the respondent Board in favour of the petitioner, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
