ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.23.10.2019 and a letter received from the Judicial Magistrate No.1,Judicial Magistrate Court No.3(FAC), Trichy.This Court made the following order:

2. It is evident from records that this Court, vide order dated 23.10.2019, while dismissing Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6439 of 2019, has directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Subsequently, at the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, three months further time was granted vide order dated 24.11.2020. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichirappalli, who is holding Full Additional Charge of Judicial Magistrate No.III, has submitted a letter through the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichirappalli stating that NBW is pending against the accused A.1 and A.3, that the police has not secured the accused and that therefore, the Court is unable to dispose the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6439 of 2018 within the stipulated time and seeks further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.168 of 2017.

4. Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant three months further time. Accordingly three months further time is granted. The first respondent police is directed to take necessary steps for executing warrant pending against the accused A.1 and A.3., at the earliest.
