ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to register the Sale Deed dated 02.07.2025 presented by the petitioner and to release the same, by considering the representation sent by petitioner dated 10.07.2025 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has not submitted entire documents which are necessary for registration.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to submit all the relevant documents through Online within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order along with necessary fee. On such submission, the respondents are directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
