Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Office Assistant from the date of his initial appointment (ie., 24.03.1982) with all consequential benefits both monetary and service including the pensionary benefits to him from the date of his retirement taking into account his entire period of service with the respondent department.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the writ petitioner was appearing before this Court for more than three occasions and submitted a letter, stating that he is willing to withdraw this Writ Petition.
