ORDER

Challenging the approval of the third respondent as Correspondent to the petitioner school, this writ petition came to be filed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner school was under direct payment and later, it was cancelled. He further submitted that Mr.Sam Sudhakar was appointed as Correspondent to the petitioner school and his approval has also been approved by the concerned authorities.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 26.11.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No 2/4
