Side) appearing for the State would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacato complainant, a case in Crime NO.165 of 2023 was registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 294 (b) and 506(i) of IPC. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this criminal original petition stands dismissed for default.
