ORDER
In the morning mentioning time, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought listing of W.P.(MD)No.21126 of 2022 seeking direction to the Superintendent of Police, Madurai, to permit the Petitioner to conduct Cricket tournament and therefore, he was permitted to bring the Writ Petition before the Court.
2.After the list disposed of by 04.45 pm, the Writ Petition was brought before this Court.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the past, there had been law and order problem between the Sri Lankan Camp at Thiruvathavur and neighbouring village. 4.Considering the apprehension expressed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Superintendent of Police, Madurai (Rural), is directed to pass appropriate orders as per law taking into consideration the law and order situation.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
