O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property in S.No.108/2 measuring an extent of 5 cents situated at Naripaiyur Group Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 8.7.2025.

2.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the Petitioner, the subject property was purchased by his father Veerapathiran under registered sale deed, dated 29.6.1978 and joint patta for the subject property stands in the name of the Petitioner and six others in Patta No.590.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 30.6.2025 in Application No.2025/0123/27/006527 seeking survey of the property. The same has not been considered so far. Hence the 2/5

instant Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for the aforesaid relief.

4.Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online application of the Petitioner, dated 30.6.2025 will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 30.6.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
