ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the property covered in Patta No.460 comprised in Survey No.273/13 in Naripaiyur Village, Kadalai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering his representation dated 13.06.2025.

2. Heard the arguments of M/s.N.Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, the subject property is an ancestral property and patta stands in the name of the petitioner's grandfather Perumal Nadar in Patta No.460. The petitioner submitted an online application on 04.01.2025 in application No.2025/0123/27/004170 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been 2/4

considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner dated 04.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, other legal heirs of Perumal Nadar, petitioner's father Nandhagopal and neighboring land owners.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
