************ The present Contempt Petition has been preferred on the ground that the order dated 28.08.2018 in W.P.[MD]No. 18694 of 2018 of this Court has not been complied.

CONT.P[MD]No.1378 of 2019 2.It is represented by the respondent that the order has been complied with. However, the salary will have to be disbursed which will be complied with within a period of eight [8] weeks. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the statement of the respondent, the Contempt Petition may be closed with liberty to move this Court in case of non-payment of salary.

4.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid liberty.
