ORDER

The show cause notice dated 23.04.2014, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the show cause notice as well as the materials available on record were considered and final order has been passed in proceeding dated 30.11.2015. Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that there is an order of interim stay granted by this Court and even, when the interim order was in force, the final order has been passed. However, this Court is of the opinion that the contempt petition as of now is not pending before this Court for further consideration and under these circumstances, the show cause notice is no more in existence and the final order in the proceedings had already been issued.

4.Thus, it is left open to the writ petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
