Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to direct the learned Principal District Judge at Nagercoil to dispose the O.S.NO.156 OF 2018 within a time as framed by this Hon'ble court.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 27/09/2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District and Sessions Judge,(FAC), padmanabhapuram, vide D.NO. 216 of 2020 dated 11/11/2020 this court made the following order. This petition has been listed today for the extension of time for disposing the suit in o.s.no.

156 of 2018.

2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 27.09.2019, by directing the trial Court to dispose of o.s.no.156 of 2018 within a period of nine months. 3.Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the suit since regular Courts could not be conducted owing to Covid-19 lock-down.

4.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, further six months' time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to the trial Court for disposal of O.S.NO156 of 2018. The learned judge shall dispose of the case within the prescribed time subject to Covid-19 regulations in holding the Courts.
