The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in detention order passed in P.D.No.16/2024 dated 31.07.2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son, namely, Mannaru alias Arunchandar, S/o. Thangaiyan, male, aged 34 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of G.O.Rt.No.6552, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 19.09.2024, would state that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government. 2/4

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication. This Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
