ORDER
The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 12.08.2024 passed by the second respondent and for directions to the respondents to permit the writ petitioner's Association to conduct Krishna Jeyanthi Festival on 26.08.2024 and 27.08.2024 at the writ petitioner's association Patta land in S.Nos.166/1B1B on the basis of representation given by the writ petitioner dated 06.08.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the writ petitioner has given representation for celebrating Krishna Jeyanthi Festival in the patta land owned by the writ petitioner and admittedly, there is no temple in the said land, but the second respondent, by referring a peace committee meeting which came to be convened for conducting festival in Ulagamman temple, has rejected the writ petitioner's representation, but the said peace committee meeting has no connection with the present festival.
4. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the writ petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation.
5. Considering the above, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on or before 21.08.2024 by imposing necessary conditions.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 3/6
