The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the order of administrative transfer is under challenge in the present Writ Petition. During the pendency of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner attained the age of superannuation and retired from service.

2.Thus, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
