[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to immediately remove the encroachment made by the fifth respondent in Survey No.222/3A, National Highways Authority of India's (NHAI) Land and protect the entrance of the petitioner's house.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that after identifying the encroachment made by the fifth respondent, the same has been removed by the authorities, on 21.09.2022.
