O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to conduct enquiry and dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 25.10.2021 within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in Ref.No.114 of 2021 and the summon has also been issued to the petitioner.

3. Since the enquiry has been undertaken based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the relief sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

4. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
