No.53/2016 and pass further orders and render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SIVAJI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Interim Order of stay already granted by this Court on 04.02.2016, is extended till the disposal of the main second appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Registry is directed to list the main second appeal for final hearing on 21.04.2016.
