Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to pass orders on the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent in Letter No. 213A, dated 30.03.2017 for approval of the petitioner's appointment as P.G.Assistant (Maths) with effect from 10.02.2017, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.02.2020, the first respondent herein is present before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court dated 19.03.2019 has been complied with on 18.02.2020. Hence, this Court is of the view that the disobedience alleged may not be wilful in nature. This Contempt Petition is closed accordingly.
