ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the accused persons in Cr.No.440 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, seeking a direction to quash the FIR, wherein they are alleged to have committed offences punishable under Sections and 109, 115(2), 118(1), 191(2), 191(3), 296(b), 351(3) BNS and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act 2002.
2. According to learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent, in this case against the petitioners, charge sheet has already been laid on 22.01.2026 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatty. 3.In view of the above said facts, preserving the right of the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
