Pleased to prefer this Memorandum of grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No. 66 of 2004 dated 16/12/2004 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, confirming the judgment and decree of the learned Principal District Munsif, Sankarankovil, made in O.S.No. 157 of 1987 dated 20/03/2001. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.NAVANEETHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein as the third respondent in the second appeal.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner has been selected as President of Thannuthu Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai Mahamai Committee and therefore, he is a necessary party. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. However, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 19.06.2023, there is no proof filed to show that the petitioner has been selected as President. Hence, this Court directed the petitioner to file a proof of the Registration Certificate. However, despite giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, he has not filed any proof. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
