The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 03.08.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a civil dispute between the parties. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.213 of 2022 and summon has been issued to the petitioner.

3.Since action has been initiated by the respondents on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, now, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Depending upon the out come of enquiry, the petitioner may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.
