JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) This Writ Appeal is directed against the order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the learned single Judge allowing W.P(MD)No.5367 of 2025 filed by the first respondent herein. The first respondent herein, in the said writ petition challenged the order dated 14.01.2023 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul. Admittedly, the appellant was a necessary party. The appellant was not impleaded as one of the respondents. The order came to be passed behind the appellant's back.

2.On this ground, we set aside the order dated 24.04.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.5367 of 2025. The matter is remitted to the learned single Judge holding the roster.
