The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to issue an appointment order for the post of secondary Grade Teacher based on the representation submitted by the writ petitioner dated 30.08.2013
2. Mere submission of a representation would not confer any right on the writ petitioner to claim appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher. Appointments are to be made strictly in accordance with the recruitment rules in force. The very relief sought for in the present writ petition is to appoint the writ petitioner based on the representation is totally misconceived and cannot be granted. The writ petitioner has to participate in the process of selection at the time of issuance of the recruitment https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
notification by the employer along with general public to secure public employment. By filing a writ petition, he cannot seek an appointment only by considering his representation. Under these circumstances, the writ petitioner has not established his case by producing semblance of evidence/proof so as to consider the relief as sought for in the present writ petition.
3. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) /TRUE COPY/ Sub Assistant Registrar To
