This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for Shop No.1-28A, Central Market at Vilangudi Madurai, established by the second respondent Society and consequently forbear the second respondent from interfering with the petitioner's right, interest, possession and enjoyment of the said shop.

2.It is reported by the learned counsel appearing on either side that pending this writ petition, the No Objection Certificate has been issued and the Shop No.1-28A, situated at Central Market, Vilangudi Madurai, has

also been registered in favour of the petitioner's name. 3.In view of the submission made by the counsel appearing on either side, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
