DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on Friday, the Eighteenth day of October Two Thousand and Nineteen, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Family Court, Madurai and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of MR.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the respondent, and having stood over for Consideration till this date this Court doth order and decree as follows:-
