on 05.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, in crime No.316 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and considering the fact that even though a huge amount of gold is involved not even a fraction of gold is said to be recovered and in that view of the matter, the investigation is now only proceeding, wherein they have found out that it is only the petitioner, who got the sim card, which is supposed to be in the name of the other accused by name Malik and they are now concluding that there is no such person at all. Since the investigation is under progress, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
