Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of termination dated 05.01.2011 on the file of the respondent No.2 along with the consequential impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1513/2011/SABA dated 21.03.2014 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to conduct denovo enquiry (fresh enquiry) within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner was considered for the appointment and now resolution has also been passed by the Board of the Co-operative Society and accordingly, the writ petitioner was appointed as Assistant Secretary.

W.P.(MD) No.10769 of 2014 2.In view of the fact that the case of the writ petitioner was considered for fresh appointment to the lower post of Assistant Secretary by the Board, no further adjudication is required and if any other grievance is exist, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent Authorities.

3.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
