Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 2.This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondent not to interfere in the petition mentioned dispute. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced copy of the proceedings dated 25.11.2021 issued by Revenue Divisional Officer, Thirumangalam in Na.Ka.No.3209/2021/A1, which is in favour of the petitioner herein. When the jurisdictional Executive Magistrate has issued an order in favour of the petitioner, the respondent is obliged to aid in its enforcement.
