O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second and third Respondents not to interfere the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent related to the property situated in S.F.No.73/2C Manamadurai Village, Manamadurai Taluk 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
