This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.N.S., seeking orders, to direct the respondent Police to register the 1/4
FIR on his compliant in Cr.M.P.No.4482 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, dated 08.05.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that in pursuance of the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, dated 08.05.2023, the second respondent Police has filed the closure report before learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and he has also produced the copy of the same.
