: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.O.No.35/2019 dated 07.08.2019 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of petitioner's son by name Hakkeem Saibu, S/o.Abdul Majith, (Male, aged about 23 years), who is residing at Poovalur North, Kollaikkadu, Pattukkottai Taluk, Thanjavur District, detained as a "GOONDA" at Tiruchirapalli Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty.
