O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2019 and provide sufficient police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members. 2.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner against the third and fourth respondents, petition enquiry is pending. He further submitted that the third respondent has also lodged a counter complaint and the same has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.138 of 2018. 3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the counter part namely the third respondent and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
