This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents to conduct the enquiry pending before the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka. No.2/17230/2020 dated 23.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that for the same relief, the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No. 67 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram and the same came to be dismissed on merits and he has produced the copy of the said judgment. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. However, there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. Hence, recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
