ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur to dispose the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2023 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3.The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants in the suit. The petitioners/plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.42 of 2022, on the file of the Additional District Court, Srivilliputhur for partition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the suit filed by the petitioners for partition is pending for the past two years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5. Considering the limited request of the petitioners, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.42 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
