Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the change of investigation in Crime No.86 of 2018, dated 26.08.2018 on the file of the second respondent Police, from the first to fourth respondents, entrusting the investigation to the file of the fifth and sixth respondents to investigate through any of his subordinate officer or some other independent investigating agency.

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking the relief of direction, directing the first respondent to withdraw the investigation made in Crime No.86 of 2018, from the file of the second respondent Police and entrust the same to the file of the fifth and sixth respondents for impartial investigation.
2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in respect to the F.I.R. registered in Crime No.86 of 2018, the second respondent herein had completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.[MD]No.21558 of 2018 Alangudi. He would further submit that before filing of the final report, a Referred charge sheet notice has also been served to the de facto complainant on 21.12.2018 itself. The above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded.
