ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram to dispose of the application in I.A.No.618 of 2018 in O.S.No.123 of 2018, within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the petitioners have filed I.A.No.618 of 2018 and the same is pending for more than 1 year. Further, referring to the Judicial Notification No.C-5 CAS/2007, Tamil Nadu (Case Flow Management in Subordinate Courts) Rules, 2007, the learned counsel contended that I.A. would be disposed of within a period of one year. Hence, the petitioners are before this Court with the present Civil Revision Petition for issuance of a direction to the Court below for the disposal of I.A. at the earliest point of time. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and in view of the Judicial Notification and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners the I.A. would be disposed of within a period of one year from the date of filing, however, the same is pending for more than 1 year. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the Court below to dispose of the I.A. within a time frame.

C.R.P.(MD)No.1721 of 2019 4.Accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Oddanchatram is hereby directed to dispose of the I.A.No.618 of 2018 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
