ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is dispensed with.

2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned review application dated 13.07.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put the respondents 3 and 4 and the interested persons, if any on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other.
