Thirupparankundram Cr.No.14/2020 and set aside the same. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MOHAN.V.R.G, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7701 of 2023 on 11.01.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7701 of 2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court every first working day of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
