O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2024 as per the Section 82 & 83 of the Registration Act, 1908.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the power deed has been executed in respect of 2.80 acres alone. However, the property has been sold excess to the power given, ie., more than 10 acres has been sold. 2/5

Hence, in this regard the petitioner seeks a direction to conduct enquiry under Section 82 of the Registration Act.

4. At the outset, the affidavit filed by the petitioner does not disclose the true facts and even assuming that the Power of Attorney exceeded his limit, the remedy lies somewhere else, not in this Writ Court. Hence, it is for the petitioner to approach the appropriate Civil Court to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

5. With the above observation, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs.
